An Individual Skills Assessment (one-on-one driver evaluation) can be an invaluable resource for pre-hire, post-incident or general skills assessments.
Our ISA's are half day or full day in length. The rationale is simple; anyone can do the right thing for short periods of time but if sufficient time is devoted to the task, a persons true driving habits cannot be disguised.
